Diversity connects<\/strong><\/h1>\n

In a nutshell, our mission statement is anti-racist, anti-fascist and anti-sexist. Our program has the working title “Integration through Skateboarding” in Bavaria for a reason. Since 2017, we have been able to introduce hundreds of children and young people to skateboarding as a tool through measures by the DJR (German Roller Sports Youth), the DOSB and other organizations. A special highlight was our coach Vladislav Hirschfeld being awarded the “President’s Prize” (Mittelschwaben government). As a native of Ukraine, Vladislav has been helping people from his home country since 2014, both in his home country and here in Bavaria. “Sport creates a home” – the incentive for Vladislav to be active from Ulm to Augsburg to Munich and to give children, some of them traumatized by the turmoil of war, a ray of hope.<\/p>\n

Pushing against racism<\/strong><\/h2>\n

“The Goodpush Alliance”<\/a> is an initiative by Skateistan<\/a> to support and share knowledge between social skateboarding projects worldwide so that together we can achieve a greater impact. We also see ourselves as part of this network and learn from each other.<\/p>\n

Instead of waving a price tag, we want to offer socially disadvantaged people, refugees and children and young people in need of inclusion in particular an opportunity to overcome the initial hurdles. So if you want to learn to skate or represent an institution (such as a school, club, interest group, self-help group, youth center, the justice system or similar), then write us an email<\/a>.<\/p>\n

IDS – Tour South 2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With the support of various clubs, Vladislav was able to organize a tour along the A8 in various skate parks in late summer 2023. A continuation is planned, helping hands and sponsors can contact us at any time.<\/p>\n\r\n
