The German Sports Youth wants to get children and young people moving again after the restrictions imposed during the coronavirus pandemic. The main focus is on the fun of movement, which is to be achieved through a close combination of sport and music. Whether in sports clubs, in open sports programs or through play festivals – Let’s MOVE!

On October 2, we were at the Inningen skate park and invited everyone who wanted to rock the idyllic park on a skateboard. Normally it costs €5 for non-members to enter. Thanks to Sporthilfe, we simply rented the skate park and made it available to everyone free of charge. A strikingly large number came from the Augsburg area and were enthusiastic. From the skate park itself, but also the relaxed atmosphere on site, our mobile skateboard service and the music blasting out of our speaker. A crew even traveled from Munich to show the little ones what you can get out of the Flowpark. Most of them had so much fun because they could finally surf the concrete waves among like-minded people without any annoying scooters or rowdy free riders. What became clear in the evening – we will definitely repeat this again as soon as possible.
